By accessing or using the Intercode website (intercode.info) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Intercode provides web-based tools and services including domain lookup tools, DNS utilities, dynamic DNS hosting, and other web applications. Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
2. User Accounts
Some services require an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information during registration.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Use automated tools to excessively query our services (scraping, denial of service).
- Use the NoIP or DNS services for spam, phishing, or malware distribution.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services.
4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain our services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and design on this site are the property of Intercode unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intercode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our tools provide information as-is and should not be relied upon as the sole source for critical decisions.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
