Intercode ("we", "us", "our") operates the website intercode.info. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in compliance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• Billing information: If applicable, billing addresses may be collected for payment processing. We never store credit card numbers.

We do not collect personal data through analytics. Our traffic monitoring tool (ANOCounter) is cookieless and does not track individual users or collect personal information.

• Language preference: Remembers your chosen language (English or French). Expires after 1 year.
